There are so many methods to introduce the site to different types of users. There are two most powerful and result oriented platforms to get traffic are face book and twitter.

Face Book is a community portal which is continuously bringing so many people closer to each other. If a face book account has five hundred friends, then it can be used for the marketing purpose. If the introduction of site is send to these five hundred friends then a handsome traffic can be directed to the site. Now the most important thing is to have good relationship with the online friends.

There is another way to market a web site is twitter. Twitter is the micro blogging service. If a twitter account has five hundred followers then a introductory message of site can be send to all followers which would direct a handsome traffic to the site.
